We are immensely proud of our Senior Public speaking team who have now qualified for the North of England Grand Final of the Rotary Youth speaks competition. Kaitlyn, Cleo, and Abigail mesmerised the judges in the Northwest Final when they spoke passionately about how we need to bridge the gap between Senior citizens and our young people. We wish them further success in the Grand Final!

Today our Year 11 girls rugby team played their final game for Bedford in the North West Counties final against St Peters. A few injuries and illnesses meant the girls were down to the bare 11 for the game. They worked hard and never gave up, but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be today. However, ending their Bedford journey with a silver medal in the North West Counties and a 3rd place in the national tournament is something they should be very proud of! #teambedford 🤩🏉💚

Students have worked so hard this term during their intervention sessions meaning their reading ages have massively improved! As a reward, our year 7s enjoyed an Egg-citing Easter Scavenger Hunt this morning during their reading lesson. Students had to use their reading skills to find the missing items that were scattered around the Library. They completed the mission and won some fabulous Easter eggs! 🌷 🐰 🌼
